About Chinese Black Basalt
Chinese Black Basalt is quarried primarily in Hainan and Fujian provinces and is one of the most widely exported natural stones from China. Its deep, consistent black colour and fine-grained texture make it a favourite for modern landscape design, pool coping, outdoor paving, and wall cladding. The stone is extremely dense with very low water absorption, making it highly resistant to frost, staining, and weathering.
