Production Capabilities

Our Laizhou facilities are equipped with the latest Italian and German stone-processing machinery alongside domestically developed CNC bridge saws, waterjet cutters and multi-wire gang saws. This combination gives us the flexibility to handle both high-volume standard orders and complex custom fabrication.

We source raw blocks directly from quarries in Shandong, Fujian, Guangdong and partner quarries in Brazil, India, Norway and Turkey — ensuring consistent supply of the most popular granite, marble, basalt and limestone varieties.

Production Process

Raw Block Sourcing

We select raw stone blocks directly from quarries, inspecting for colour consistency, structural integrity and absence of cracks or inclusions before purchase.

Block Cutting

Multi-wire gang saws and bridge saws cut blocks into slabs or blanks at precise thicknesses. Tolerances are maintained to ±1 mm at this stage.

CNC Shaping & Profiling

CNC bridge cutters, waterjet machines and edge profilers shape slabs to client specifications — straight cuts, curves, holes, edge profiles and custom contours.

Surface Finishing

Automated polishing lines, bush-hammering machines, sandblasters and hand-finishing stations apply the specified surface treatment — polished, honed, flamed, sandblasted, bush-hammered or split-face.

Quality Inspection

Each piece is measured, visually inspected and graded against the approved sample. Defective pieces are rejected. Dimensional tolerances, surface quality and colour matching are verified.

Packaging & Export

Products are packed in foam-lined wooden crates or on pallets with corner protection, moisture barriers and bundle strapping. Export marks, packing lists and certificates are prepared for customs clearance.
